19 June 2017 at Antwerp University, Campus Groenenborger.
Wireless Technologies and Solutions for Smart Logistics
In this workshop we will present and demonstrate technological innovations that enable smart logistics, both indoor and outdoor, and at a local and global scale.
A snapshot of the innovations that our speakers from both industry and academia will address:
- plastic NFC/RFID
- localisation and tracking in IoT networks
- always connected with LoRa/SigFox/DASH7/NB-IoT/…
- combining authentication and sensing with smart tags
- large-scale evaluations with City-of-Things in Antwerp.
Several innovations will be (live) demonstrated during a guided tour.
The presentations and demos will address technological concepts but also the application possibilities. The workshop is hence open to both experts and non-experts in wireless technology, from technology providers and integrators, to providers and end-users of solutions for logistics.
This workshop is a co-organisation of imec’s Wireless Community and the Innovatiecentrum Antwerpen.
