Abstract:
The availability of autonomous wireless sensors could trigger the widespread use of monitoring in houses and resident buildings. The presentation lists a number of useful monitoring applications that are not applied nowadays because of the necessity for wiring the sensors.
Given the background of the speaker and his organisation, the presentation is application oriented.
